About

Singer-songwriter Kinsley has lived enough life to know that who we become is often shaped by where we’ve been. From growing up in California, to learning music on her family’s land in North Carolina, to moving to Texas in high school and eventually settling in Tennessee with her entire family, each chapter has left its mark on both her perspective and her sound. Carrying pieces of every chapter with her, Kinsley embraces the idea that we are products of our environment — and her music reflects exactly that: a blend of every place she’s called home, every trial and triumph, every version of herself she’s been and the person she’s still becoming.

Blending vivid storytelling with poetic lyricism, Kinsley creates music rooted in honesty, healing, and human connection. An “old soul” with a lifelong passion for poetry and songwriting, she approaches music as both personal expression and emotional refuge — writing the kinds of songs that say the things people are often too afraid to say themselves. Through her music, she hopes not only to share her own story, but to give voice to the experiences and emotions others may struggle to put into words.

With raw, soulful vocals and an instinct for capturing the highs, lows, heartbreak, and hope woven throughout everyday life, Kinsley’s music lives at the intersection of vulnerability and healing. Driven by a deeper purpose to bring a sense of therapy back to music, she creates songs meant to truly connect — songs that make listeners feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.

“Music saved my life,” she says, “and I want to make music that saves other people.”

Now based in Nashville, Kinsley is stepping into a new chapter as she readies her next wave of music — introducing a voice that feels both timeless and deeply of the moment.
